We want you to receive your puzzles in perfect condition, every time, and as quick as possible. We therefore work hard to ensure popular puzzles are in stock and ready to dispatch. Our delivery partners have been chosen as they offer both tracked and swift delivery worldwide.
DISPATCH ESTIMATES
When you select a puzzle quantity you will be advised of the dispatch time. All in-stock items are shipped within 5 business days, usually sooner. Items that are out of stock and all Personalised puzzles take up to 10 business days.
SEPARATE SHIPMENTS
We strive to only ship complete orders. However, in particular cases, your order can be split into several packages. This is mainly caused by different supply warehouse’s locations. In this case you will be provided with two or more tracking numbers.

Standard Delivery
All standard deliveries are tracked for peace of mind. Standard delivery is available on all puzzles. You will receive your tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Expedited Delivery
USA – Delivered by USPS – 10-15 business days

DELAYS
In very rare occasions, the delivery may take longer than the standard shipping time stated above. Most of the delays are caused by the customs, that, unfortunately, we can’t control. We seek your patience and understanding should this happen.
